Rental services in Sharjah are now easier.

Complete procedures without having to be present in person

Sharjah: A digital system has been developed to make rental-related services easier in the emirate. An integrated digital platform called ‘Aqari’ has been created to make real estate services easier. The new system reduces the number of steps from seven to three and helps complete the procedures without having to visit departments in person. Earlier, five visits were required. In the first phase, more than 90 companies have registered with the system. In addition, more than 4,791 properties have been listed on the platform.

To ensure the effective use of the platform, training workshops have been organized near the Noor and more than 240 people have been made operational. ‘Aqari’ has been designed as a gateway under the Sharjah Digital Platform. 

The platform aims to digitize and simplify real estate services and provide a better experience for residents and businesses. This will make the real estate scene in Sharjah more transparent and easily accessible. The ‘Aqari’ platform is connected to more than 20 local and federal institutions.
