Dubai's Burj Azizi: Pricing Announced as Sales Launch for the World's Second-Tallest Tower

The 131-plus-storey structure will feature residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment facilities, with an expected completion date set for 2028.

On Tuesday, Azizi Developments disclosed the pricing for apartments within Burj Azizi, the second-tallest tower globally.

Burj Azizi is an upcoming skyscraper in Dubai, set to become the world's second tallest building once completed. It will stand at 725 meters tall, just 100 meters shorter than the Burj Khalifa. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Azizi will feature 133 floors for various purposes, including residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment spaces.

The project is being developed by Azizi Developments and is scheduled for completion by 2028. The tower will include luxurious apartments, penthouses, an ultra-luxury mall, a seven-star hotel inspired by seven cultural themes, and the world's highest nightclub and observation deck.

The cost for ultra-luxury units begins at Dh7,149 per square foot, while the most expensive units are listed at Dh34,000 per square foot.

Apartment prices commence at Dh7.5 million, with the priciest unit reaching Dh156 million.

Sales for the units in the 725-metre tall tower will commence in seven cities, including Dubai (Conrad Hotel), Hong Kong (The Peninsula), London (The Dorchester), Mumbai (JW Marriott Juhu), Singapore (Marina Bay Sands), Sydney (Four Seasons Hotel), and Tokyo (Palace Hotel) on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

Situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, this tower will encompass residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment spaces, with completion anticipated by 2028.

• The Address Boulevard: This mixed-use skyscraper is 370 meters (1,214 feet) tall and features residential, hotel, and commercial spaces.
• Ciel Tower: This residential tower is 365.5 meters (1,199 feet) tall and is known for its sleek design.

4-Bedroom Penthouse: Starting from AED 17,000,000.

5-Bedroom Penthouse: Prices can go up to AED 22,000,000.
