Information on flights from UAE to India has came today which requires all passengers arriving from UAE to India must remain in national quarantine for the first week of arrival; this is what the government announced for the new travel guidelines; they will also have to undergo a 2nd PCR test after eight days of arrival, all passengers are required to upload these results on the 8th day on the Air Suvidha portal, if they are negative, they must take care of their health and monitor in a manner independent for the next seven days.

If you were an Indian resident staying in Mumbai traveling from UAE to India on a flight, you must adhere to the following rules:
You will be allowed to travel in any city if you have a connecting flight to Mumbai as a stopover.

All passengers who are going to travel to Indian cities - all but Mumbai - will have to undergo Covid-19 testing that they will induce randomly on arriving passengers. The passenger undergoing that test will have to pay. The passenger who will undergo this test will have to pay the fees themselves.
After having undergone the PCR test, if it is negative, he must return to home quarantine and repeat another PCR test on the 8th day, updating his results on the Air Suvidha platform.
If the passenger tests positive for Covid19 in the 2nd PCR test, they must follow Indian protocols and regulations for positive Covid19 cases and how to treat them safely so as not to infect anyone else.
