The UAE government today announced 2 new visa systems as part of its announcement of 50 new plans following the world-famous UAE Golden and Silver Visa schemes. The new two types are called Green Visa and Freelancer Visa.
Under the Green-Visa scheme, a person can sponsor their own visa for a long period of time, while parents and sons up to the age of 25 can also be sponsored. Owners will have the option to renew between 3 and 6 months after the visa expires.
Green visas will be issued to students, investors, business people and those with special skills. The Freelancer Visa is a system that is suitable for those who want to find self-employment under the Freelancer Visa scheme.
