This decision is based on the Kingdom's assessment of the current Covid-19 situation in the country. 

Saudi Arabia has removed the United Arab Emirates, Argentina and South Africa from the list of countries that are prohibited from entering, and is allowing citizens from these three nations to enter the Kingdom starting from September 8th. 

The Interior Ministry said the decision was based on the Kingdom's assessment of the current Covid-19 situation, state media reported.

At the same time the Saudi Arabian ministry said that the Saudi Arabia emphasizes the importance of taking all precautions, report from the Saudi Press Agency stated. 

"The Interior Ministry is asking citizens wishing to travel to countries where movement is allowed to be careful, stay away from areas where the virus is spreading, and take all precautions, regardless of destination," the Interior Ministry said in the report. said.
