Fly Dubai has send the message to its partners regarding the Entry Updates from India to UAE which will be effective from Monday 30th August 2021.
Passengers with all types of visa and/or entry permissions granted by the appropriate authority in the United Arab Emirates ( i.e. employment visa, short / long stay visa, visit / tourist visa, residence visa newly issued... etc... ) are permitted to travel to Dubai from india providing the below entry requirements are met:
* Residents holding Dubai visa, require GDRFA approval to return.
Visit the Following website to obtain GDRFA approval;
https://smart.gdrfad.gov.ae/ Smart_OTCServicesPortal/ReurnPermitServiceForm.aspx.
* Residents holding Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm al Quwain visas must visit uaeentry.ica.gov.ae to verify their entry status.
* Passengers must have a valid negative RT PCR test certificate issued within 48 hours between the time of sample collection and scheduled flight departure, from ICMR certified tabs that issue a QR code linked to the original report will only be accepted
* Passengers must complete a Rapid RT PCR test at the airport, 6 hours before the departure of their flights
* passengers must complete a Covid 19 PCR test on arrival in Dubai
* Report for Check - in at least 6 hours prior to departure of the scheduled flight
Transit Passengers
Must hold a negative Covid 19 PCR Test certificate, taken 72 hours or less before departure as per the requirement of their final destination
