First mall coming to Dubai with upstairs metro station

Dubai: A metro station is being set up on top of a mall in Dubai. One Deira Mall and Metro Station is being set up in the city of Dubai. This is the first such mall and metro station in Dubai. It is part of the Deira Enrichment Project (DEP).

Ithra Dubai is the builder of this project. The mall is home to 131 hotel rooms and office spaces. The mall will rise in a different look with its attractive structure and unusual design.

In addition to the metro station, there will be a bus terminal, taxis and 158 parking lots. The aim is to have all transportation facilities ready inside the mall.

Ithra Dubai CEO Issam Galdari said the mall and metro station will pave the way for the renovation and development of Dubai's oldest city. There will be retail units of 55 brands here. 

As part of the Deira Enrichment Project, District Eight and Nine will be completed in the third quarter of this year, and District Five and ten in the fourth quarter.
