In the United Arab Emirates, a four-day public holiday has been announced on the occasion of Arafat Day and Eid Al Adha, on which all federal ministries and authorities from Zul Hijjah 9 to Zul Hijjah 12 (July 19, Monday to July 22, Thursday) observe a public holiday.
Combined with the two-day weekend, UAE residents can enjoy a six-day break.
From Sunday, July 25th, the regular working hours will begin again. On this occasion, the Government's Federal Authority for Human Resources (FAHR) conveyed its best wishes to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai; and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces.
FAHR also congratulated the people of the United Arab Emirates as well as the Arab and Islamic nations on this happy occasion.
