Police urge residents to comply with laws and regulations and to follow all Covid-19 precautions.
The residents should avoid reckless driving on public roads, unauthorized use of fireworks and cycling in undesignated areas during Eid Al Adha celebrations in the emirate of Dubai, said the police chief of Dubai.
Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, commander in chief of the Dubai Police Department, also urged parents to watch out for children, especially when they are in public parks. "Parents should never leave their children unattended," said Al Marri in his Eid Al Adha message to the residents of Dubai on Monday.
“The Dubai police have completed all preparations and are ready for Eid Al Adha. We have also developed an action plan for all directorates-general and police stations to step up patrols of all kinds on the emirate's internal and external roads” said Al Marri.
We urge everyone to comply with laws and regulations and to follow all Covid19 precautions to keep public safety and I urge people not to commit any violations that could disturb the public peace, ”he added.
