Private sector holiday for Eid Al Fitr in UAE announced |
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation of UAE has made the announcement of Eid Al Fitr holidays for the private sector. The news published today Tuesday, 4 May, 2021 said that the holiday will be starting from Ramadan 29 until Shawwal 3. Ramadan 29 falls on 11 May, 2021.
In the early hours of May 4, the Federal Authority For Government Human Resources made the announcement of Al Fitr holidays for the UAE federal government employees.
If Ramadan completes on 29 days, the residents will have a four day leave starting from Tuesday, May 11, to Friday, May 14.
In the above case also there is a chance to get a five-day break for some people for this year's Eid in UAE. Those people who already have leave on Saturdays will get five day holiday.
In the case that the Ramadan complete with 30 days, the employees will get a five-day leave from Tuesday, May 11, to Saturday, May 15.
