The suspension has been extended by flights on the arrival of passengers from India to the UAE, travel agents have been informed.
This came as India is still on the rise of new covid cases and reached another worldwide record in new Covid-19 cases on Thursday which recorded 379,257 new infections.
In the latest circular, Emirates Airline told agents that the suspension will be in place till May 14.
Emirates also confirmed the suspension as it responded to passenger questions on Twitter.
Multiple travel agents in the UAE confirmed receiving the new circular.
Passengers who have transited through India in the last 14 days are also not permitted to board from any other departure point to the UAE.
Earlier, all flights from India to the UAE had been suspended for 10 days from 11.59pm on April 24. As per the Emirates support team the suspension has been extended till May, 14, 2021.

Cargo flights between the two countries are not affected with this rule.
UAE nationals and diplomatic missions between the two countries, official delegations, businessmen's chartered flights and Golden Visa holders were exempted from the decision. Those who arrive under exemption category are required to undergo a mandatory 10-day quarantine.
The persons arriving in UAE from Indian states and territories are required to take PCR tests for Covid on the fourth day and eighth days of entry.
