Free parking in Dubai announced for three days

RTA authorities said that the free parking will go into effect from March 25, Thursday.

All public parking, except multi-storey parking in Dubai will be free of charge for three days starting today, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced.

The advisory comes as per the directives from the Dubai Ruler's Court noting that work at government departments and institutions would be suspended for three days, starting Thursday, as a mark of respect for the late Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, who passed away on Wednesday.

The free public parking will go into effect from Thursday, March 25, until Saturday, March 27, 2021. The paid parking will resume on Sunday, March 28, 2021 08:00am.
