The Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai, headed by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has approved amendments to the Travel Protocols, which will take effect next Wednesday (January 31), to ensure the safety of passengers.
As part of the revised protocols, UAE residents, GCC nationals and visitors are required to undergo PCR verification before leaving for Dubai. The committee also said that people from certain countries need to undergo an additional Covid test when they arrive in Dubai based on the Covid situation in those countries.
In addition, the committee reduced the validity period (96 hours) of the PCR test before departure to Dubai from 4 days to 72 hours (3 days).
