Govt orders One month free UAE visit visa extension

All tourist visa and visit visa holders in the UAE will be able to extend their visas for one month without paying additional government fees.

The directive was issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, inorder to help the travellers stuck in the UAE due to the temporary airport closures being done around the world.

This initiative will also enable the visitors who are in the country to spend their New Year holidays with their families living in the UAE.

All government departments have been instructed to arrange the necessary steps and to work with concerned departments to ensure the safety of the tourists in UAE during their stay.
