The new initiative by Dubai government will give away all tourists who arrive in Dubai with a ‘happiness card’.
The announcement of the launch of Al Saada Tourist Card was made on Thursday by General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai. Al Saada is a free discount card that gives tourists for access to a wide area of exclusive privileges, promotions and discounts during their staying in the emirate.
The happiness card will be distributed to all tourists upon their arrival at Dubai International Airport. Major General Mohamed Ahmed Al-Marri, director-general of the GDRFA, launched the discount card at the GITEX Technology Week, 40th edition, in the presence of several other senior Dubai govt. department leaderships.

How to use the new card
The smartphone application is designed to provide users with access to the all available promotions and discounts offered by card partners of ALSAADA. The virtual Cards will expire when the tourists leave the city, but they will able to get a new one at the time of their next visit to Dubai.
“This initiative was launched as part of the country’s commitment to providing an exceptional experience for visitors,” Al Marrie said.

Segments covered
The sectors or segments covered by the ALSAADA Tourist Card programme includes the travel and tourism firms, health and beauty stores, restaurants, banks and exchanges, vehicles, malls and fashion, technology and communications, online shopping, entertainment, home essentials, retail shops, weddings and events.
The Al Saada Tourist smartphone application conveys numerous highlights that will assist clients with finding offers, access the nearest ones, discover promotions and post reviews about the products they have used through the mobile app.
