UAE National Day: RAK Police offers 50 percent discount on traffic fines

The discount scheme will enable to cancel all black points along with the fines charged due to impound of vehicles.

To mark the UAE's 49th National Day, the Ras Al Khaimah Police has made the announcement of a 50% discount on all the traffic fines charged on motorists across the emirate.

The discount scheme offers to cancel all black points on the traffic file along with the fines incurred due to impounding of vehicles.

The 50 percent discount is valid for seven days, effective from December 2, 2020 to December 08, 2020.

The objective of this scheme is for bringing happiness to the public, reduce their financial burdens and provide a good opportunity for all drivers who had got fine, particularly those with big fines to clear their records in the Traffic file at a lower cost.

Ajman Police also had announced the same 50 percent discount scheme on traffic fines on Monday. This type of offers are normally announced by the law enforcement bodies across all emirates every year to mark the National Day, and make people more happier.
