Residents in UAE can now pay Abu Dhabi police fines in installments without any interest for an entire year if you are holding accounts with five popular banks. Abu Dhabi Police has introduced the scheme by partnering with five major banks in the UAE to allow motorists to pay traffic fines in installment scheme as per their affordability.

The banks that has been included in the zero percent EPP installment are following.

  1. Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB)
  2. Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB)
  3. First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB)
  4. Mashreq Al Islami,and 
  5. Emirates Islamic Bank.
To avail the installment payment scheme, fine player must have credit cards issued by one of the above banks. A motorist has to contact the bank directly, within a period not exceeding two weeks from the date of getting the fine, to request for payment of traffic fines in installment scheme.

Authorities have urged on the public to take advantage of the installment facility because it was easier and convenient for many motorists.
