Vehicle owners and drivers in Sharjah will be able to enjoy free car parking for four days during the Eid Al Adha holidays in UAE.
Parking will be free Starting from Thursday (July 30, Zul Hijjah 9) until Sunday (August 2, Zul Hijjah 12).
According to Arabic daily
Emarat Al Youm, all public parking places will be free of charge, except for some parking zones that will be paid on all days of the week, including official holidays.
Paid Parking Zones during Holidays are following:
- Al Hisn Street (bank complex) in Al Shuwaiheen and Al Shoyoukh areas
- Corniche street (both sides)
- Qays Ibn Abi Sa'sa'ah street
- Central Souq parking spaces\
- Corniche street (Khalid Lagoon side)
- University City Road.
The municipality will continue issuing fines for violators who park their vehicles illegally.
