The most recent coronavirus rules for UAE hotels has been published by the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority.
The rules, issued late Thursday, require all workers and staff to be tested for Covid-19 before reopening date, and to be re-tested every 15 days.
Hotels need to setup an infrared thermometer and thermal camera, with employee temperatures to be checked several times for each working day.
Any visitor or staff indicating coronavirus symptoms won't be permitted to enter hotel offices and facilities, the guidelines stress.
Hotels must likewise leave a 24-hour time gap between visitors leaving a room, and the new guests arriving up to the same room.
Hotel Facilities for example, cafes, restuarants, gyms, swimming pools and beaches in hotels will resume activity under a minimum capacity limit.
Clients or Guests must have their temperatures taken before they enter.
The working periods of cafes and restaurants will be from 6am until 9pm, allowing four individuals to sit at a similar table with 2.5 meters left between tables. Menu cards must be sanitized after each utilization.
