Rapid screening tests did not identify no COVID-19 cases among the passengers
Today, May 7, 2020, the first group of Indian residents are being repatriated from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. Ten Thousands have applied to be permitted to fly back to the Indian subcontinent from the UAE. Each traveler has to complete a fast COVID-19 screening test before being permitted to check in.
Abu Dhabi flight takes off
The principal repatriation trip for Indian expatriates at last took off from the Abu Dhabi International Airport's Terminal 3 at 5.07pm on Thursday evening, an Air India Express authority disclosed to media.
The flight was booked to take off at 4.15pm in Abu Dhabi however was deferred because of security protocols.
Numerous travelers came to the air terminal as ahead of schedule as 10.30am to get the extraordinary trip of 4.15pm to get back in crisis. Nobody was denied a registration at Abu Dhabi and each of the 177 travelers loaded onto the flight.

No suspected COVID-19 cases among travelers
There are no suspected COVID-19 cases among the first cluster of travelers being repatriated today. So said Consul General of India in Dubai Vipul, who was at the air terminal to administer the repatriation administrations, including that 155 individuals checked in by 3.30pm.
"Every one of them have cleared the tests," Consul General told media.
These included 18 pregnant ladies, five newborn children and 12 senior residents and three individuals including indistinguishable twin siblings Jackson and Benson Andrews who have been abandoned in Dubai Airport for 50 days.
