UAE lifts immigration ban on re-entering country

i am working as a sales marketing officer, i want to leave this job, but i have affraid that f i am not completing my 2 years i cant enter again uae till 6 month. kindly do let me know what is the procedure to follow if i dont want to get banned.

If you have not completed 2 years you will get a 6 month labour ban.

Life ban cannot be lifted in UAE.

Sir I have a year ban as I did not complete my 2year contract with my previous employer and I intend to open my own company in fujeirah free zone. I just wanted to know if it is possible to open a company with a 1 year ban

sir i have been working for 5 days, i have not been undergo any medical and i found out in the contract that the salary is lower than what we have agreed and 48 working hours is stated in the contract but the actual work done is 60 hours and i want cancel the processing of documents and find another job. My company is asking for Visa charges of 6000 AED plus 7000 AED they paid to the consultancy (Monster.com) through which I came for the interview in this company.

Hi. I left Abu Dhabi in 2009 because my employer have to terminate my contract. For your infos, I do have a credit card outstanding in my account. Before I left Abu Dhabi, I'd faxed to Mashreq bank my termination letter. Since then, no credit cards statement came to my email. I guess they took out my name in different case because I've heard the credit card have a credit shield. But I'm not really sure about it.
Later early this year 2014, they've started again to send the credit card statement to my email. It looks like they are asking the money back.
Any advice from someone? Because I plan to go to Europe to attend a course this year and it will be transit in Dubai. I don't want to be caught in the public with my hand cuffed. :(

If you are going to complete 2 years on June 28 as per the labour contract; then you can submit resignation letter with one month notice letter on June 28.

i have worked in a three star hotel for 2 star hotel and i have resigned its and immigration visa of 3 years.
I have got another opportunity in a better place with higer salaray and manager designation.
in the same sompany my collegue left the job after 2 years and 6 months he got a one year ban, he never misbehaved and he gave one month notice also
I am afraid that if i will get a ban.
Please suggest me, i heard from immigration that there is no bann applicable if you workin a company for more than two years.

Hi Mr. Zainul. I was in Abu Dhabi for 9 years and my last employer was Abu Dhabi Police for 3 years. In June 2014 they have deport me after eyes scan and put me life ban without any reason, no criminal record and no bank loans, Credit card. Is there any way to remove the eyes scan ban or if we get visa from free zone that would help to get back UAE.

- I have an attested bachelor degree and offer letter 12000 aed for manager position , is it possible to lift it that way ?

- Also what about if I want to establish my company in UAE ?

Hello, I have done my 2 yrs contract last yr and they renewed my labor card only,not contract. It says in my contract if 2 parties we're continued it will be considered as extended upto 1 yr only, so this july is my 1 yr and I submitted a non-renwal letter. My company told me that there will be no more labor ban, but they can submit Immigration ban, how could this possible, as MOL legal adviser told me its safe to leave your job with atlest 1mo notice period non-renewal letter not resignation. In 2008, I got employment in Dubai in a consultant company for two year contract with 06 months probation period.
I joined the company on 31 Aug 2008. Due to health (kidney) and family problems, I went back to my home country for few days on 26 Sep 2008, but was unable to join back company due to family circumstances. Since than I have not visited UAE.

Good day, I am Arturo a FIlipino. I was in Dubai since 2014 and already worked in a Restaurant/Bakery and my 1st medical went well even I had an old TB before way back in the Philippines but the scar in xray will always appear there as per my DR said. My medical was process by my manager and was able to get my Emirates ID. But after a year our company changed their management thats why I need to submit to anothet medical test but this time I was failed and our PRO doesnt want to fix it and our manager decided to deport me and the labor gave me a permanent ban.
